Gunshots Analysis & Timing: (to come)
But these next two videos are taken with the camera aimed in the opposite direction, still along Mt. Auburn. You are seeing the corner of Mt. Auburn and Dexter. This is the location CNN reporters identified as Nichols & Dexter, where the "naked" man was captured. Writer Seth Mnookin wrote up his experience, capturing the events at Mt. Auburn, and the capture of the naked man, initially fully clothed before police required he strip. Both this video and Aron J's video capture the law enforcement commands to "put your f**king hands up". So we have a complete sequence of these events at Mt. Auburn. Still, you can hear the timing overlaps in the above video with the shootout on Laurel & Dexter, where the younger brother is alleged to have run the police barricade, driving the Mercedes SUV. It's curious timing.
Here's Mr. Mnookin's summary of the capture of the infamous "naked" man, from the NY Times. "And then, from someplace just out of my line of sight, I heard, “KEEP YOUR FUCKING HANDS WHERE THEY ARE. DON’T MOVE YOUR FUCKING HANDS. . . . DROP YOUR UNDERWEAR. GET ON YOUR HANDS AND KNEES.”
But they weren’t yelling at me. The shouting was directed at the “second suspect”—at least, according to the police at the time. By the time he’d been stripped and photographed, and the F.B.I. had arrived on the scene, a Massachusetts State Police spokesman was retracting that characterization. It appeared that he was just a guy who’d had the misfortune to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. "http://www.newyorker.com/talk/2013/04/29/130429ta_talk_mnookin
